Service Description
Yoga therapy is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing that gently enables you to get out of your head and into your body. It encompasses tools like mindful movement, breathing exercises, chanting, meditation, journaling exercises, self-compassion experiences and thought-provoking chats. We start where you are at in this moment and explore which tools can support you on your journey towards a balanced and fulfilling life that is authentically you. For who is this? I'm hoping to empower women who: • Feel stressed or anxious • Feel a lot and are easily overwhelmed • Feel like they can never do or be enough • Do not know anymore what they feel or who they are • Feel out of touch and disconnected from their body and themselves • Feel lost and don't know anymore what they want from life What and why? • Through movement and relaxation tools we learn to calm our body & nervous system down • Through getting in touch with our bodies & through self-acceptance, we learn to recognise our boundaries and ultimately recognise that we are enough. • Through mindful movement, observation, tuning in with pranayama & meditation, we rediscover what lives inside our bodies. We learn to feel what we need & learn to act on it. • Through connecting to our body & mind, we rediscover who we are, what we like and what we need & want in life. • We work towards a feeling of safety in our relationship and our bodies so that you can experience more safety in your daily life and your connections with others.
