Time & location
We welcome you with a healthy drink while you have time to arrive and settle in quietly or greet some friends. At 9h30, we gather on our yoga mats to awaken our bodies and mind. We take our time to start our day slowly. Gradually we invite in some more dynamic movements, leaving us refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
We continue this lovely Sunday morning with a 2-course plant-based brunch. If the weather permits, we spread out over the beautiful garden @LivingLei to enjoy delicious, healthy food in a 'picnic with friends' style.
Jolien, yoga teacher & therapist (www.jolienlesage.com), and Josefien, founder of Yosogreen (www.yosogreen.com), share the mission to empower you in your self-care. Jolien utilises mindful movement to help you reconnect with your essence, while Josefien creates plant-based recipes using the magic of probiotics and medicinal herbs.

Price: 38 euro to be paid beforehand to confirm your space
For who: everyone is welcome, no matter your experience with yoga. You can come alone or join with some friends. Limited to 15 people to make the event corona-proof.
