A guided class through the Rocket II series. This series is based on the second & third series of Ashtanga. Unlike the traditional practice, The Rocket allows for modifications to suit your level and variations if you want to challenge yourself. This series focuses on arm balances, heart openers, and inversions. A fun and dynamic practice that builds strength and confidence! About Mana

Amanda began her movement journey in 2013 with a style known as Rocket Yoga. A strong practice that strengthens not only the body but also the mind. Over the years, she has explored all the traditional series of Ashtanga, partner and floor acrobatics, proper hand-balancing techniques, and breathwork methods for freediving. She has completed over 800 hours of training in Hatha-based systems and Ashtanga Progressive Yoga. She currently lives in Barcelona and is one of the few authorized Rocket Yoga Teacher Trainers in Spain. She loves sharing her passion for movement by helping her students get out of their comfort zones and helping them discover their true power within themselves.
