A guided class through the Rocket II series. This series is based on the second & third series of Ashtanga. Unlike the traditional practice, The Rocket allows for modifications to suit your level and variations if you want to challenge yourself. This series focuses on arm balances, heart openers, and inversions. A fun and dynamic practice that builds strength and confidence!
