This open dance evening is an opportunity for you to re-connect Body, Heart and Mind - so that your Soul can light up and shine.  Completely as you are, and as you are becoming.

We invite you to sink deeper into your body, feel what's going on inside and explore the expression of it with your whole body.  Great music is being played and you are guided to discover your own response to it.  

Movement Medicine belongs to conscious movement practice, evolved from the 5 Rhythms dance, and combining shamanic elements into it.    This evening is one of many moments to discover different practises.

No need to « know how to dance » to join!  Only a willingness to discover what's true for you and listen.  Just come as you are.
