Another gentle way to awaken your body. Borrowing from Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Tao and Shiatsu we (re)discover the qualities of each of the 5 elements (water, wood, fire, earth & metal) by stretching exercises, music and meditation. Each time we focus on a different one, but no need to do the whole series.
• Doors open at 8u15. If the sun is shining we'll be outside in the garden!
