If you are looking for a moment to relax and unwind, this class is perfect for you. Lena will guide you through various yoga exercises and postures, perfect for beginners 🧘🏻‍♀️

This yoga classes will be offered in our beautiful and peaceful garden 🍃 (if weather allows, if not, you are very welcome in our living room with garden view ) what will allow you to slow down your mind for a good night sleep.

Feel free to stay a bit longer after yoga, to chat and relax with some tea 🫖

Please bring a yoga mat and some water to stay hydrated!
